Fulfillment Team Member
Join our growing fulfillment team as they define our online shopping experience for our customers by being a part of an efficient and seamless Kroger Ship to Home and Vitacost fulfillment process. Associates may work in Receiving, Replenishment, Pick or Pack.
Associates earn $15.40 with the potential to earn performance incentive in Receiving, Pick or Pack.
All associates are eligible to earn a night and weekend premium based off the hours they work.
Specialty Equipment Operators
Join our fast-paced Specialty grocery distribution team and assist with filling store grocery orders as a Case Selector, Lift Truck Operator or Receiving and Shipping associate.
Associates earn $17.00/$17.50 with the potential to earn performance incentives as a Case Selector or Lift Truck Operator.
All associates are eligible to earn a night and weekend premium based on the hours they work.

Referral Bonus
Associates who refer friends and family for a job at our location is eligible for a $300 Referral Bonus after 90 days.
Retention Bonus
Associates in their introductory period are eligible for multiple Retention Bonuses:
30 Days After Hire – $100
90 Days After Hire – $400
Shift Bonus
Associates who work any hours past 6pm earn an additional $1 an hour for hours worked.
Associates who work any hours on Saturday and Sunday earn an additional $3 an hour for hours worked.
Other Incentives
Associates with perfect attendance are awarded a paid day off every quarter.
Associates in direct roles have the opportunity to earn pay-per-minute incentives that could raise their hourly pay rate up to $25 an hour based on the role.
